Guest guest
Lori, All i can say is ACK! 3 Bags????? Man. You do have to get more in. Here is what to do -- have something every 90 minutes. Don't go more than 90 minutes without ingesting something. Food has fluid in it and depending on what kind of food, our bodies access the water at different rates. So that may help. And keep water with you so you can sip sip sip. You won't be able to wait before eating and even after eating that long. But it is more important now that you keep hydrated! It does get difficult but you can do it! Rasley mailto: drasley@... I am now making sure that I get plenty to drink, but that is making me too full to eat. This is going to be very hard. Especially since my nutritionist wants me to take in a minimum of 180 grams of carbs each day. I don't know how I am going to do it! > > Lori
Guest guest
I have to eat every 11/2 to 2 hours or I get really sick and have the dry heaves. I know they said that I needed to get more water in when I told the Dr that and what I do is take a bottle of water and freeze it every night and then I sit and drink it at my terminal at work. It stays cold a lot longer and so I know that I want it. It does seem to help a lot. I work 12 hour shifts and man getting queasy every 2 hours does not help!! Good luck!
