Hi Patty,

I have and I test positive for the lyme antibodies which means I probably

had Lyme disease at some point. I'm from Rhode Island so that wouldn't

surprise me. I don't think it has anything to do with my diagnosis of Mito

though since my Mom and Grandmother were very symptomatic.

Hi Patty,

Patty,

I was tested and partially treated for Lymes before recieving a

definitive mito Dx. I had a false positive from a lab and never really had

Lymes. I

didn't have a bull's eye rash or any of the neurological/cognitive symptoms

either.

I've been tested a few times for Lyme disease, and don't seem to have

it. Seems everybody else in my county does (we have been like 2nd in

the nation in number of cases). Lots of MS diagnosed around here

though.
