yes the tryingtoconceive website is fantastic! I would also suggest

borrowing, checking out or buying Toni Weschler's book, " Taking Charge of Your

Fertility " if you haven't already done so. It's an EXCELLENT book for women who

are TTC or planning to. (The best time to read the book is before TTC in my

opinion).

Best Wishes! There are a gazillion messages in this group, but if you have time,

glancing and skimming back through all of the old posts are also tremendously

helpful for anyone preg or TTC now or in the future! Also, do a Google or Yahoo

search on the herbs you mentioned. You can email Momma Kath

(wwwtryingtoconceive.com is her site) and she can tell you what herbs and why

you should be taking BEFORE and AFTER you become pregnant or if you plan to

breastfeed.

:)

p.s. I think at her website, she encourages women to take herbs (but of course

she sells them also). I bought Vitex before I got pregnant, but never used it as

there is a specific time frame to use it in. Her site is wonderful though when

you learn and get used to navigating throughout her site. She has a tremendous

amount of information to share.
