Michele--

If you opt for the sleepsack, have it so it zips up the back. That way he can't

reach the zipper pull to unzip--or at least it would be a lot harder.

Good luck! I hope you stick around so you can remind us of these tips if our

kids go through this stage...

He see's Dr. H on January 14th so if we need to change things its

not to far away. I think his right shoe is fine (clubfoot side) but

he could probably use the next size up in the left. I forget what

size it is now in Markell world I think a 5 he is in a 9 in shoe

store sizes. It's the right shoe he always gets off. Maybe I could

ask my aunt or mom (I don't sew well) someone to make him a sleep

sack that is hard to get off. He can unzipper and I worry about

using a saftey pin at top because he can unbuckle, etc I don't want

him to prick his little fingers.... but maybe I can figure something

else out to use to make it hard to get off. We should invent

something!!!!

I'm beginning to think if we managed to patent all the devices we have had to

invent to accomodate our physically challenged children we could be rich!

Necessity is the mother of invention, eh? My 6 year old has trouble yet with

buttons - maybe a good tight button system would hold him in. I don't get to

sewing supply shops, but I'm betting they have some amazing closure systems I've

never seen that may suit your cause. Ha! - what about bra-strap snaps! (just

kidding)
