Hey girls...i know someone will be able to answer this, does anyone

know a website or book that gives the vitamin and nutrient

information of fruits, veggies, and other foods...? And by the way

for those of you trying to gain and/or lose....there is a great

website called www.fitday.com you can keep track of what you eat and

it factors all the calories, protein, fat, everything. it also

factors in your activity level. it only takes about 15 minutes a day

to enter everything in...it is really great.

just for info, we just passed the big " o " day. after several months

on glucophage i decided to go off for a while, and i honestly think

this is the first month i have ovulated. i have become very good at

knowing the " signs " . and this is the first month that my cervix has

been the soft, high, open, and wet " SHOW " that everyone says to look

for. sorry if this is tmi for some, but i know other ttc'ers will be

right there with me. so now i am on to the two week wait to see if

great aunt flo shows up to visit. also i have two stepkids and a

daughter of my own...all with b-days in sept and oct...so i really

hoped to become pregnant before jan. so i wouldn't have a fourth

birthday in those months...so i figure this month would probably be

my lucky month. nothing like being poor from sept...through jan.

thanks to birthdays, thanksgiving, and christmas. wow this is

long..so i will go. bye girls.
