Guest guest
Thanks for respondong. Our insurance company (federal bcbs) just called this morning and are reviewing our claim. His first pair of shoes and bar totalled $103.00(U.S.). We paid a $30.00 copay, which is fine, but now they say we owe the company $50.00 more. Initially they told us they covered the DBB 70%. Hopefully things will work out, because with four children having to buy him $83.00 shoes every other month will be expensive. Of course he will have whatever he needs though.
