And now I just think that I am coming to the realization that the wls is something that I must do first. Then go for the pregnancy. I think that I will feel better physically and mentally. And that only makes for a better mommy to be.......LOL. And hopefully, I will be able to get pregnant!! Wow, this deployment stuff sounds scary. And now after 9/11, it has a whole new meaning! Good Lord, I pray for our people over there in the middle east!! And I pray that your husband will not go there!! And so now you are still in Maine and he is also in Maine, is that correct? But you will change stations in May. OH, ok, so it will not be long before he might be deployed afterall. And this in turn, would interfere with the baby making. Yes, my goodness, that is a dilemma!! But you are trying now and so that will hopefully work!! Kim, I have my fingers and my toes crossed for you!!! I was so glad to hear from you!! Thank you for all of your advice and good wishes!! I think that the wls will improve my health and therefore my chances to conceive. And yes, I would be able to get off of glucophage and who wants to be on that.......yicky!! Besides, I really want to feel better physically as well!! What do you think the surgeon would say if I wanted to conceive earlier than 12 months because of my age? Do you think that I would have a problem? I have seen a few women here who say that they get pregnant much earlier, although, not by choice. Why do they feel that you will need to wait so long? Some people have said........over 2 years...........what do you think about this? Thank you so much !! And thank you for all the good wishes!! I need all the good wishes I can get!! LOL, LOL!!
