Guest guest Posted November 30, 2004 Report Share Posted November 30, 2004 Well, I forwarded the e-mail from Dr. Ponseti to Dr. Frick in advance of our appointment on Tuesday 12/7. Dr. Frick seems to agree with Dr. Ponseti's opinion (and he was incredibly nice in his response e-mail). He told us that we needed to come into the clinic on Monday 12/6 where he would have more time and help for putting on the casts. He said that he would probably put her back in casts. I am nervous for her to be back in casts, since she is 2, and very independant and strongwilled. But I know that it is what is best for her. I would much rather get it taken care of now, then surgery later. Besides I know that we have to get the casts out of the way since Jordan is getting a baby brother in March. There is no way that Mommy will be able to carry around a 2 1/2 year old in casts and a newborn. Do you think that they will do the whole DBB 23/7 again after she gets back out of casts?
