Guest guest
I would put him in his crib and say good night. It is just as much a learning phase for them as it is for us. dm Gerace cgerace@...> wrote: Oh my goodness.now that he stands he won't sit down. Guest guest
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!! does the same thing. Now I pop the pacifier in his mouth and run! If he cries solid for more than 5 minutes I go back in and soothe him some more, pop it in his mouth again and then run. DON'T LOOK BACK!!!! HAHAHAH! Oh what a funny picture we must make! > Oh my goodness.now that he stands he won't sit down. He desperately needs a > nap right now and everytime I lay him in the crib he gets up!! Do I leave > him? Guest guest
Just to provide a different perspective...maybe he wants to be close to you or needs comforting. Are you still breastfeeding? I feed our son and he goes down for a nap that way. We choose not to let him cry it out. Do what your gut/heart/inner self tells you to do. It's such a difficult thing to go through (for you both). Good luck either way. Emma & . let me ask you Oh my goodness.now that he stands he won't sit down. He desperately needs a nap right now and everytime I lay him in the crib he gets up!! Guest guest
I usually wait 15 minutes or until I hear the change in cry, then go in and console and start again. Guest guest
yeah, that's why I play the running game. Sometimes he just wants to be held and will go right down after snuggling a bit more with me. I don't like to let him cry for more than 5 minutes and you can tell if it's a solid cry or a whimpering, man am I tired and maybe if I whimper enough she'll come back in kind of cry. heheh. How fun!! > Just to provide a different perspective...maybe he wants to be close to you > or needs comforting. Are you still breastfeeding? I feed our son and he > goes down for a nap that way.
