Guest guest
Wow, I am sorry your school has been so hard hit with recent deaths. Coming from a HS of 500 total I can see the size and closeness. We had a death every single year and one again my freshman year in college. The community pulls together and somehow survives but everyone one is affected. I will pray for the mother who lost her child, there is not a worse hurt but those children who lost their Dad and don't have a strong Mom to lean on really need the support. You and all the school employees will also be in my thoughts and prayers. A town about 100 miles away lost four HS students and a former student in the same accident last week and I am sure everyone is numb. One Mom lost her son and daughter. Guest guest
Debra and others I appreciate your caring. I will keep the families of the students who lost their lives in a car accident near you. Deaths from accidents hit really hard as it is so sudden. Working with students with terminal diseases, I have lost many students over the years. But with these deaths, knowing how they were suffering and knowing that there was no hope for them, one could prepare for the event. It was never easy, but I was a bit more prepared for it. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Thu, 14 Oct 2004 08:47:45 -0600 > To: > > Subject: Laurie-rough week NMR > > Wow, I am sorry your school has been so hard hit with recent deaths.
