Guest guest
can any one tell me if you need a referral to see Dr.ponseti? i sent him an email on Monday and he never wrote back. Last week he emailed me to days later because Joyce said they were busy withlots of emails but it has been 2 days and nothing. Well may be some one can answer another question i had for Dr. P. Since I am from Texas and I dont have insurance for my daughter he told me the initial visit would be $200.00 but does he charge tht for every visit? will need 2-3 cast and maybe a heel cord release and I may travel alone that is why I wanted to see if someone knew what price range I am looking at. Thas one of the main reasons I emailed Dr. P also. thanks, and BL CF 12/16/
Guest guest
, Dr. Ponseti works for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and does not have control over how much is charged by the hospital. He will do what he can to keep the costs down, but is not in control of costs. If costs and insurance are really a big problem, I would encourag you to consider going to Dr. Dobbs at the St. Louis Shriners Hospital where they have the ability to treat children for free. > > can any one tell me if you need a referral to see Dr.ponseti? i > sent him an email on Monday and he never wrote back. Guest guest
Don't feel bad I e-mailed him back on November 1, to look at pictures of Jordan's feet and still have not heard back from him, so I resent it to him on November 8 and sent Joyce an e-mail too, but I guess he must be busy or something. How long does it actually take to get a response? > > can any one tell me if you need a referral to see Dr.ponseti? i > sent him an email on Monday and he never wrote back. Guest guest
Unless your insurance requires it, you don't need a referal. Just call up and ask for an appointment. s. > can any one tell me if you need a referral to see Dr.ponseti? i > sent him an email on Monday and he never wrote back. Guest guest
Hi , Dr. Ponseti is in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I remember when I contacted them via email, it took her a little bit to get back to me, but she (Joyce) did. Also, I guess you would need a referral if you carry HMO. michelle andyandsamanthamom@...> wrote: can any one tell me if you need a referral to see Dr.ponseti? i sent him an email on Monday and he never wrote back.
