Guest guest
I walk my treadmill a litle here and there but I have a bad groin hernia that gets really large if I do too much so I can do very little right now. I hope to get it repaired after the baby comes so I can get right back on that treadmill and get rid of the extra weight... Guest guest
Hey Chrystal! I have been working out three times a week at Curves since last March, and I have continued to do so throughout my pregnancy. I also bowl in a league once a week. I sure hope it helps during the labor to be in shape. I can't help but think it will- at least I'd like to stay under that delusion if that's what it is! LOL! I know if nothing else, I FEEL better, have better energy after I work out, and it gives me a very improved state of mind knowing I'm doing something healthy for me. Guest guest
I am about 10 weeks pregnant and I exercise 5 mornings a week. I have skipped a day here and there and I can sure tell a difference. When I don't exercise, I am ready to pass out by 7pm. Everything I have ever learned or read states moderate exercise throughout pregnancy is best. My aeorbics instructor just had a baby and she taught throughout her pregnancy and said labor was a piece of cake. Keep it up and I bet you'll notice a big difference. Terri Working out while pregnant I was removed from bedrest yesterday and immediately went to the gym to start back on my exercise routine. Have you found its made a difference in your pregnancy. Those of you who have had your babies already did exercise make a difference in your labor and delivery? I did not exercise at all when I was over 300 pounds and pregnant with my son 4 years ago so I have no reference. Any thoughts on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
