I am 1 1/2 years out and I have to tell you -- I think my husband and my

Coworkers are going to kill me soon because I am always cold and have a little

portable heater that I take with me to work. It is just something that I

learned to live with. LIke I take a sweater and keep it in the car.

As for the gas- I am always gassy and now that I am pg I burp too! It is

something that I hope I do NOT have to live with. Cold I can handle gas and

burps NO. But for now I deal with it and just hope that it gets better!

Good Luck

Congrats on your new life!

Thanks , Yes the BM has not really come but they say by the

2nd week they should start a little. Had one in Hospital but it was

because of the stuff I had to drink. I can only wait to eat real

food. One more week! Tv is very cruel during this time. I never

realized how many food ads there were.

Thanks

I am 1 3/4 years post op and this is my third winter in the Chicagoland area.

(originally from the deep south) I am about to freeze to death. I am convinced

death would be better than this cold. I can't imagine how cold I would be if I

wasn't pregnant. I think all these hormones raging warm me up some.

As for the gas issue, I find if I eat refined carbs of any kind the gas is

unbearable. My poor husband! He actually thinks it is pretty funny. I told

him last night that I never in my life thought I would laugh at farting. Not to

mention any dairy other than hard cheese sends me to bed until the cramping and

gas passes. good to know I am not alone.

Good Luck,

Terri
