Guest guest
My experience with Zofran has been great. The phenergran and the Reglan had their place too early on, but both made me so sleepy I couldn't take care of my 4 yr old. With the Zofran, I've been able to control the nausea and function again. Slone Lake , LA C-Section scheduled 2-18-04 Whew, almost done > Hi Everyone, > > I had a reaction with the Phenergan yesterday that scared me bad. I took a whole one and laid down because I was super nauseous. All of a sudden I got really warm and started to feel sweaty, kind of like when you dump. Then I got up and walked to the kitchen to get something to eat, I felt the need to eat something right away and what scared me is that my eyesight was off. I saw rings of cloudiness. Everything I looked at was a ring of cloudiness and everything outside that ring was clear. I laid down in my recliner and it went away after about 10 minutes. I was shaking and felt bad. I will call my dr. on Monday about this episode. > > My question to you all who have taken Zofran, what is it like? Does it make you feel sleepy? Does it work right away like Phenergan does?? > > I'm just wondering if I should switch? > > Thanks, > > 9 months post op -107 pounds > 8 weeks pregnant with number 3. > >
