YOU CAN DO THIS, JUST KEEP TELLING YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE MUCH MORE POWERFUL THAN A CIGARETTE AND THAT YOUA RE IN CONTROL. IT WILL BE HARD BUT WILL GET EASIER EVERY DAY. Especially the stuff about the placentas and umbilical cords etc...It really scares me to think of what I am doing to my baby. I have never heard that before and with you working in that area and witnessing it first hand, it really hits home. I did not buy any cigs yesterday and havent smoked. It is going to be tough, but so worth it. My baby deserves a chance at being healthy...and I need to be a healthy mom for my kids. Thanks again for all of the info. I CAN do this!!!
