Guest guest
OMG, That is just AWESOME. I remember the feeling of disbelief that i was pregnant after years of infertilty too but I really was and had twins, LOL... Just make sure to eat well and have a couple small healthy snacks in the day time. Avoid any caffeine at all and stay away from any alcohol or anything recreational. Take all your vitamins, get a prenatal from your OB/GYN and go buy yourself some folic acid 800 mcg. Then enjoy your pregnancy. A Huge Congratulations to you and your hubby. Guest guest
The " what to expect when you are expecting " book is one of the best i think. Guest guest
actually it was a urine test that i took at the hospital. Should i request a blood pregnancy test to be sure? " I'm not conceited, I'm convinced "

Guest guest
One thing I would suggest is to go out and get a book called What To Expect When you Are Expecting and another called The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy. Both of these will be helpful and you should be able to get them at the library if you are like me and broke. Also dont be surprised if the HPT comes back negative because blood tests are more sensitive and will detect before urine. Rasley mailto: drasley@... Guest guest
Major congrats to you! First I would say enjoy your blessing but try your best to relax and breathe. Make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins. I personally take 2 chewable prenatal vitamins because I believe that by getting the chewable ones it helps me absorb better, but like I said, thats just my personal opinion. Keep in mind that if you want to get chewable prenatal vitamins you need to get a prescription from you OB, I don't believe that there are any available over the counter. Second, make sure that you are following a healthy diet, eating the right things and getting your water in. As far as meds always, always, always check with your OB as to whether it is ok for you to take something. There are over the counter meds that you can take later in the pregnancy that your OB may want you to avoid early in the pregnancy. Don't ever feel bad about having a question or feel bad about calling your OB's office with a question. If for some reason you get the vibe that you are bugging them, who cares! Look at how hard you and your hubby worked to get pregnant so it is totally understandable that you are going to be nervous. I can tell how happy you are and I'm happy for you and your hubby's blessing! You definitely have prayers going up from me! Axelrod IM PREGNANT! I AM SO HAPPY AND I JUST DON'T NO WHERE TO START. Guest guest
Congrats!!! God is Great!!! I know just how you feel. I took 4 home tests all positive, and a doc test and at least 4 ultra sounds, and 2 times hearing the heartbeat on doppler, and I still look at the lines on the positive test everyday to remind myself that I really am preggo. I am so glad for you. All I can ever say is God is Great! Again congrats
