Guest guest
If you feel hungry, by all means eat. I agree with your husband -- the baby needs sustenance. When I was pregnant with my three year old, I was taking in something every 90 minutes. Be it a glass of milk or chunk of cheese or beef jerky. I ate something. Yes i gained weight -- 18 pounds. But I lost it all afterwards. You need to listen to your body -- especially during pregnancy. Do not worry about how you are gaining or eating at this juncture. Just listen to your body. Good luck to you! Rasley mailto: drasley@... Guest guest
, Thanks for answering that question. I have been feeling the same thing. I have low blood sugar and I don't know if that's what's causing the hunger or what, but I sure feel it! I'm not too worried about gaining weight, I'm worried about the eating habits I am creating now. I feel like you I have to eat something every hour and a half or I am feeling bad. I'm also very nauseous and eating something seems to help. I just worry will I keep these bad habits after I have the baby...
Guest guest
My blood sugar used to plummet as well. When I did the blood fast test it actually went down after I ate! As for the eating habits, try to choose healthy foods and eat when you are hungry (or weak). If you keep with that pattern and continue eating only when your body needs it then you will be able to resume doing the same afterwards. Rasley mailto: drasley@...
