Skin removal & Insurance help?

I was wondering if any1 can give me some pointers on skin removal as far as

getting insurance to pay for it. I am 1 yr. and 2 months out from surgery and I

have lost 142lbs. I am trying to at least get a breast reduction and tummy

tuck. As far as the breast reduction, my back hurts all the time and they sag.

my head hurts also from the sagging breast. As far as the tummy tuck I hear

people say that they have rashes, boils, and sores from all the extra skin

around

the apron part of there stomach; I don't have this problem. my only problem

is that it sags over my genital area and it gets sweaty and irritable. What can

i say or do to get insurance to pay for these things? please help some1 any

pointers or suggestions are welcomed. p. s i tried rubbing my stomach area

really hard to make it look reddish so it can at least look worth getting it

done
