Guest guest
i just wanted to ask. my son will be 14months old (in 11 days) and he is not yet walking by himself. he walks holding two hands firmly, even runs, BUT when he holds onto a palm or a finger, he often staggers, and he does not even stand on his own (HE PULLS UP AND CRUISES QUICKLY, BUT CANNOT STAND JUST HOLDING ONTO NOTHING). he is in dbb 13-15hours per day. can it be because of muscle weakness? he was casted non-correctly BY Kite method for 5months, then followed a posteromedial release on a left foot. then we heard about ponseti , and his left foot was casted according ponseti -for a month again- we RAN from surgery-luckily, so...now i am thinking mAybe all these months in casts are keeping him behind.... when generally your kids walked? is it normal to expect my son to walk when he is 16mo or even older? or SHOULD I DO CERTAIN EXRECISES, MASSAGES, WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST? WHAT PONSETI SAYS/ OR SHOULD WALKING COME ON ITS OWN WAY?????
