Oprah Winfrey Re: Clubfoot/Ponseti method press kit

Hi ,

One day I was watching Oprah (which unfortunately is a rare occurance) and

she said she saw a story in her O magazine and decided to do a show about

it, so I started emailing the magazine as well... If there's anyway to get

an article in the magazine, that's definitely a step in the right direction!

Dr. POnseti turned 90 in June.

a more " interesting " story. Oprah has also become very involved in

South Africa since 2000 When Allyson wrote to her - and, I believe,

clubfoot has a higher prevalence there, which may be of interest. I

am friends with Martha Beck who has a monthly column in O magazine -

perahaps she can help make a show featuring Dr. Ponseti happen? I am

shocked everyday by the surgery horror stories that I hear and thank

heavens that I found this site and all of you before my son was born.

Can anyone send the link where we might post the story idea to Oprah?

Generally speaking I find on a web site there are so many hundred of various

links it takes hours to find what you really want and I dont' have a lot of

time to search in the dark for this stuff.
