Guest guest Posted April 13, 2004 Report Share Posted April 13, 2004 I contacted Gracies G.I today about her recent issues with reflux and her other problems. She thinks most of her problem is that the reflux is starting again, I agree. She had severe reflux as a baby but had seemed to grow out of it. Now at 1 1/2 it is back again. She thinks alot of it is due to the mito progressing. O.K. here is the question. Has anyone used Prevacid suspension (the one in the packets that you mix with water) with a Mic-Key button? It has little beads in it that I am afraid will clog the port. The last time she was using it she did not have her g tube yet. But now, giving it too her orally is not an option, so it will have to go through the tube. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
