Guest guest
Does anyone's child have Pancreatic Insufficiency? Caden's is severe and started enzyme therapy yesterday. I am so tired. I'd love to explain in more detail but just glad to have a moment to myself at the moment. I honestly knew this was the problem for 3 yrs! It just took him getting near lifeless to get answers. We just got back from Mayo Sat. from almost a 2 wk stay. Needless to say it was not a pleasant time but very productive. Hospital stays and IV's, needles, general anesthetic procedures, etc.... I haven't heard of anyone mention this in thier Mito. child! I have been reluctant about posting as I even hate to think that there could be something more to this than we think. Caden has virtually NO enzyme production in his pancreas (exocrine side). He has to take enzymes every single time he eats anything for the rest of his life! Please if anyone has any ideas or has a similar situation, please fill me in! Krystena s
