How can I know if he's having a seizure in his bedroom? Would apulse ox work due to changes in heart rate and/or breathing to notify me ofa seizure?

Cindy, Yes, I use a pulse ox monitor at nite when Chelsea is having increased seizures. Usually the stiffening and movement alone is enough to cause it to alarm (and, yes, there are many false alarms), but her heart rate will skyrocket going into the seizure and then plummet coming out, she also tends to get cyanotic with stronger seizures. HTH
