Yes it did frequently clog the extensions but never had any problems with the button. We used 30 cc's of apple juice which seemed to cause them to go down better. I must admit the prevacid compounded by the pharmacy with use of sodium bicarb sure beats the packets. I think, and have heard, that the problem is with clogging the tube. The taste isn't bad, but my son won't take it because of the texture. All those little balls freak him out.
