Guest guest
Seeing a geneticist may give you an answer. This is not a guarantee, though. With my daughters case, we were told we will probably never know for sure what happened. Your mito doctor may just run some labs, just to be on the safe side. Guest guest
My son who is 4 years old was dx. with a Mitochondrial disease year and a half ago. There is no Mito or Muscular Dystrophy anywhere in my family. How do you know if it is maternal or not. My 10 year old may be coming down with signs, Sweats and Migraines. How do we know if it is just a mutation??? Tamara ( age 4)
