Hi Darla,

I just talked to our pharmacy and they said

NDC numbers are " National Drug Codes " and are

standard so that any pharmacy could order the same drug

from any insurance company in any state. They should be

the same nationwide.

Hope this helps,

AnnMarie- Complex IV

and Joe(4) - complex IV, lactic acidosis, CP, tethered chord syndrome,

dysautonomia, and a smile that never quits :-)

> Are these numbers for any state? I was about to post a

message, specifically to the Iowa girls, to see if they had numbers

for Medicaid to cover COQ10, Carnitine, B2, or any other Mito cocktail

item. We just qualified for the brain injury waiver and wanted to be

prepared ahead of time for Medicaid coverage problems. Any

suggestions are appreciated!
