Sheldon's in the hospital - intra lipids?

After all of that not eating well for a couple of weeks, Sheldon

seems to have caught a virus and I've been in the hospital with him

since Monday morning. The docs seem to think he has a virus, he's had

a high fever for 5 days and is not eating or drinking much.

Dr. wants to start on intra lipids (I think that's what he said

anyway). Do any of you know anything about that? Seems to be a way to

get fat calories into him, which he really needs at this point.

Today was not a good day since he didn't drink anything until 6:00

tonight and was very tired, but then he perked up when we had

visitors and has been happy and playing off and on all evening and

has had a little to eat and drink.
