Guest guest Posted March 29, 2004 Report Share Posted March 29, 2004 Is Tooth loss really a Mito related issue?? I almost had a heart attack when I read that post. When I was pregnant with all three of my children I lost my teeth at a rapid rate. 3-4 a kid til I needed serious dental work. I cried in the dentist office when he said.. I can fix your teeth but it'll take some serious work... and whatever is causing this will just cause the rest of them to be damaged. I had my teeth removed 2 days before my 28th birthday. I didn't think much of it because the same thing happened to my mom... so I thought it was just that our teeth weren't very strong. (despite excellent care) Now my youngest child might possibly have Mito... Is there a connection? If you have the same problems... were you tested for Mito as well? Did it come out positive?
