Thanks so much you guys for your encouragement to be persistent with the camp thing! Today was our day. All morning my phone has been ringing! The kids not only are going to get to go to MDA camp, but Dream Street foundation called and they will get to go to camp with them as well. Wow! I was a bit embarrassed when Dream Street called and thanked her, told her they were going to MDA camp, and she said well is it the same week. I said no but they are getting to go to camp for free already. She said well they can still go with us too if you want them to go. She was funny she said it is not like Make a Wish where it is a one time deal. We fundraise so these kids can have some fun in the summer. The more fun you can give them the better. It makes up for what they go through during the year. I was like but what if they get sick, and she said well then you are already in for next year! It is so amazing! Malibear! Thanks for your input in this all! She even talked about you! LOL Said you were an angel on wheels! LOLL. OK so now for those of you have sent your kids, I could sure use some advice on what they will need, What do you send with them, do you mark everything? I am supposed to get packets from both camps but I would like to know what parents who have gone find helpful! I am so excited!!!!!! Scared a bit but excited! Oh the picture was our sky this am over the mountains! It was so pretty! It was my sign we were in for a good day! It is fun having an good day with some joy in it! I want to just go kiss the mailman!!!!!!!! Just kidding!!!!!LOL Thanks for letting me share! After some who were so rude, I was so discouraged, now I am jazzed!big hugs to you, OWhen the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we spend so much time looking at the closed door, we don't see the open door.
