Guest guest
For anyone who's child or yourself had IVIG therapy I could use some input. is going to start IVIG therapy next week. She has (like myself) hypogammaglobulinemia. She also has increased lymphocyte production that they are hoping the IVIG will shut down. I would like to know what the infusion is like. How long does it take? I know she may have the side affect like aseptic men. She gets red cell transfusions monthly but wanted to know if this was any different. Any input would be appreciated.
