Guest guest
Jean, Do you have mito as well? So, when you get sick, even when the actual cold is ending, you might still feel a lack of energy or lack of appetite for 2 months as well? I know when I get sick (and I don't have mito) I have a lack of appetite and lack of energy for the time period of when I'm sick (usually a week or so) but it never lasts 2 months. Is this more of a mito response? Anne R
Guest guest
Anne; Yes .... I have Mito .... and once I have been sick, it takes me a long time to get back to where I was. I also find that once I have been sick, I am fair game for any bug going all winter! This winter I took both the flu and the pneumonia shots (last three winters I have been dogged with pneumonia) and that seems to have helped me. I would say that suffering consequences for infection is a Mito thing .... although maybe not restricted to Mito! Jean AReckling@... wrote: Jean, Do you have mito as well?
