Guest guest Posted March 12, 2004 Report Share Posted March 12, 2004 Hi, Asher just got his g-tube a week and half ago (all of your responses to what to do at night were incredibly helpful - I've now slept six hours in a row each night and am a much happier mommy). We saw the doc yesterday who took off the gauze and tape and told us it looked great - it did to me as well! Today, he's been off the gauze and tape since yesterday - it's gotten crusty underneath but it's not red or anything - any ideas on what this is? Leakage? Should I put gauze back underneath?
