Aww, Matt, that's a shame. I was looking forward to hearing all about the trip. But you sure want to be able to enjoy it. So are you still on for 3/23 for the cataract?

said there were no more signs of

kidney stones in my right one but that i now had 4 in

my left kidney- The doc told me they

were inbeded in the wall of the kidneyso they shouldnt

cause any pain unless they moved-

they will moitor them and will also run some tests to

see if htey can find out what is causing

the sudden outbreak of stones- They want me to have

the eye surgery first before they start

to work on the new kidney stones- that surgery is next

Cyclosprin is an immunosupressant, (cytoxan is a cancer drug) when you take it out the packet it smells like stale beer yuck !! especially yuck if I have a hangover lol! RE: Matt in Seattle

Matt, they seem to include it in the differential diagnosis pretty often. Once House told them to start treatment with cyclosporine (isn't that Cytoxan?) while running other tests. No steroids. Maybe some episode the patient will actually have NS! Pity the poor thing. The patients always get a lot worse, to the brink of death or worse, before House comes up with the right diagnosis.

Hi, my mom suffers from the eye pain with her NS too. She has some eye drops that the Optometrist gave her. I think they are called Acular...they are supposed to contain an anti-inflammatory Toradol. They are the only thing that helps her. Hope this helps some.

DuggerHave a blessed day!
