Guest guest
Cyclosprin is an immunosupressant, (cytoxan is a cancer drug) when you take it out the packet it smells like stale beer yuck !! especially yuck if I have a hangover lol! RE: Matt in Seattle Matt, they seem to include it in the differential diagnosis pretty often. Once House told them to start treatment with cyclosporine (isn't that Cytoxan?) while running other tests. No steroids. Maybe some episode the patient will actually have NS! Pity the poor thing. The patients always get a lot worse, to the brink of death or worse, before House comes up with the right diagnosis. Ramblin' Rose Moderator Reply-To: Neurosarcoidosis To: Neurosarcoidosis Subject: Matt in SeattleDate: Wed, 12 Apr 2006 05:10:00 -0000hi- just watched House on tv and they again talked about Sarc- its nice that they bring it up often as hopefully others will become more familiar with it. ~~~~ *** ~~~ *** ~~~ *** ~~~~The Neurosarcoidosis CommunityNS CHAT:- Has been cancelled for now.Message Archives:-http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Neurosarcoidosis/messagesMembers Database:-Listings of locations, phone numbers, and instant messengers.http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Neurosarcoidosis/database

I think they are called Acular...they are supposed to contain an anti-inflammatory Toradol. They are the only thing that helps her. Hope this helps some.
