colonoscopy prep-gatorade substitute?

Hello -I'm having my first colonoscopy in 2 and a half years....The prep they

recommend is Miralax,dulcolax tablets,and gaterade. Does anyone have any advice

on a good diet legal substitute for gaterade- or is the whole process so

disruptive- gaterade is fine..?
