Guest guest
A couple of people have mentioned they can't get their pharmacies to order CoQ10. We had the same problem. I heard the same song and dance about how they can only use their wholesaler, and the wholesaler doesn't carry it. But, thanks to another mito parent who paved the way, I am finally getting it (the Tishcon brand) through a CVS pharmacy here in Indiana, and it is being paid for by Indiana Medicaid. I'm guessing the pharmacy is ordering directly from Tishcon. Since CVS pharmacy is a chain, just thought it might help someone who has a CVS where they live to know it's being done at another store in the chain (two in our area, actually.) I would be happy to email the location of our CVS and the name of the person there who helped us sort through the red tape if anyone wants to try and convince their local CVS to call and find out how our store is doing it. -- Mom to: Emilie (17), mito--complex IV, cp, ld Kaitlin (17), cp, asthma, a few autonomic symptoms Ian (22) migraines ....and wife to Tim, who has a heart of gold
