Guest guest
Kass, No, we don't have a previous MRI to compare it to. I'm really curious to hear what Dr. Cohen thinks. I'm hoping he repeats the MRI sometime. Thanks for the info. Sharon > > > I recently got a copy of my son's MRI report and I'm not sure what it > > > > means. Guest guest
No problem Sharon.....remember when we first heard this with Madison and trying to understand it all. I researched alot back then and realized just how unclear the meaning of the results can be and how unclear it was how it was or would affect Madison. I think Dr. Cohen will have some thoughts for you and he has definatly seen this issue in other kids (including my Madison) before, so may be able to ease your concerns about it. I'd suspect that eventually they'd want to do another MRI just to see where things stand, but alot depends on how the child is doing. If they are only improving the need is less, while if having more and more neurological problems, the need would be greater. Take care!! -- BIG hugs, Kass, proud mom to Chance(10-Mito), Madison(7-Mito), and Abby(6-Mito) Updates (http://www.caringbridge.org/tx/mitowhat/) "Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away" Unknown shannon16125 wrote: Kass, No, we don't have a previous MRI to compare it to.
