Menopause is a transition between 2 phases of a woman’s life that occurs when a woman stops menstruating permanently. During menopause, the level of estrogen in a woman’s body decreases, which can lead to different urologic conditions. Find out more about the causes, symptoms, and treatments in our article

Many people experience suicidal thoughts at some time in their lives. Whether these thoughts are brought about by life changes or mental illness such as depression, schizophrenia, or substance abuse, these thoughts are troubling. Read more about the causes, symptoms, and treatment in

Suicidal Thoughts.

An estimated 30-50% of the general population is affected by insomnia. Although most of us know how we feel after a sleepless night, few seek medical advice. Some sleeplessness can be controlled by improving environmental factors, but for more serious insomnia, many medical options are available. Find out more in our article on

Insomnia.

Hello Brother :

Thanks for the urological info. I thought that was what was wrong with

me when I went to the urologist. The best way to find out is to have

urodynamics. They have electronic leads shoved everywhere (if you know

what I mean) and it will tell them whether it is a problem from age and

childbirth related issues to neurogenic bladder. I went for a long time

with my problem just thinking it was related to carrying large twins but

found out it is a brain or spinal chord problem.

Thanks to you for the info and educating us.
