Guest guest
Unia, My nearly 7yr old daughter has been taking DMG for almost 3 years. I have not seen it helping her seizures much, but ut has definatly helped with her exercise intolerence and fatigue. She went from tolerating maybe 5 to 20 mins of therapy and sleeping thru most of school to tolerating the entire hour of therapy and staying awake most of the time at school. This was seen in her first month on it. I learned about DMG from another family here, others who have tried it have had different improvements. It is definatly worth trying as it helps increase O2 to the tissues and reduces lactic acid production in the blood when taken before exercise. I do not have any advice to offer on Hala's seizures, but I definatly understand. Chelsea has had a very difficult epilepsy and has tonic and tonic clonic (stiffening and convulsing) seizures, she is also prone to status episodes. I hope you find some solutions soon, I know how hard it is to watch them seize and feel helpless. Hang in there=) Krisitne, Chelsea's mom(nonspecific mtio)
