I know exactly what you mean with regards to putting the surgery off and it being too big of a process, etc, etc. Been there . . . done that!!! Hind sight is 20/20 and I can only go forward. After a lot of thought and with eyes open regarding the pros and cons of this surgery, I am choosing now to do what I feel should have had done all those years ago. Of course, there is that fear of the unknown, but I know that I will be in good hands the day of the surgery and, God willing, all will be fine. I am glad that my post was of some help to you, but the decision to have the surgery is yours make. Knowledge is power . . . so why not empower yourself and and get the " 411 " .
