Just stating my 'opinion' that there are certain times where a poster needs to differentiate between what is an absolute, cold hard fact, and what is one's personal opinion. Both facts and opinions are appropriate and welcome on the Board. There are instances, however, when someone may mistake an opinion for a fact and could actually be endangered by making that assumption. For all newcomers who are reading posts - if you come across something which you are unsure about, please, please check with your doctor before adopting anyone's advice from the Board.
