Orthodontists/orthognathic surgeons in NYC

I recently had to change to a Cigna DHMO plan due to rising costs. I

understand this probably cuts down my selection of

orthodontists/sugeons...

Anyway, can anyone recommend any sites or sources of information

where I can find out patient reviews or peer reviews on

orthodontists? Or better yet, recommend some names.

I have bimaxillary protrusion, and I am looking for a competent

orthodontist to go to. I've had braces before, and the orthodontist

was a terrible one so I am a little gun shy.
