Prior to my operation i wore braces for 11 months. I'm not sure if being young has much to do with it but i do know that there is chances that our growning process is not finished which may set the bite off even when it is corrected .. I'm very curious to know what your situation is and what kind of procedure they are performing on you ... please email me back ... I'm post op almost ONE YEAR !!!!! i cant believe it ....
