HI Cammie

Thanks for the advice - I will try the advice re vapou as I think

that is what I need - I am tryin to keep away from the milk based

products as well - Pineapple ands apple juice also seems to help.

And yes Water Water & More water is what I was told to clear the

gunk - suppose better keep at it :-)
