We finally sued, and won the entire thing. The 11 denials stretched over a 4 year period, and you know, I think I DID tear my hair out!!!!! Best of luck to you, keep pushing, because they expect you to get overwhelmed and give up. If you have a legit. right to this surgery, then fight for it.
