Guest guest
I had lower jaw surgery on the 2nd of March and I am doing remarkable well, considering... I do wake up in the mornings w/quite a sore mouth, and sometimes a headache, I suppose my mouth is sore from sleeping and it " relaxing " . I've been taking hydrocone in the mornings to releive the pain, but not until I get to work. I keep these on my desk at work, so that: a. I'm not driving under the infuence b. I'm using them when I really need them. I can use icepacks at home but it's kind of hard to type while you are holding an ice pack in one hand (I've tried, it doesn't really work). I have an appointment to see my surgeon next week and I want to ask him for another refill. I always hate to ask for narcotics, it makes you feel like a drug addict. My question is, is it normal to still feel the need for the drug??? or am I paranoid??? Nooo, I'm not addicted or feel any danger of becoming, but why be uncomfortable if it's not necessary. Please give me your thoughts. Thanks, Lorie
