But what I did get out of the whole thing is that you continue to be a great and wonderful source of nutritional information and I truly value it (even if I don't follow it all due to an enormous amount of laziness when it comes to my diet. I'm awful ... I'm a computer programmer ... ever hear of the computer programmer diet? A bag of doritos an an extra-large Coke). But just wanted to drop in the middle of it to let you know that your great advice doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the good work!
