20 days post op from upper & genio

Hi,

Anyone else experience more irritation inside your mouth fromt he

rubberbands & braces/surgical hooks. My braces never bothered me

before the surgery, meaning the inside of my cheeks never felt

totally raw and gashed up. Since my surgery, my mouth is just

constantly annoying me. I have two rubberbands on each side of my

mouth and I noticed they are actually making indentations in my

lips. It is not as though I can just apply wax to areas of my

braces, I have tried and it does not help. My entire inside of my

mouth just feels awful, irritated & raw.

Can anyone relate?

Also, I have been yawning alot, this really feel odd in the upper

palette/upper jaw area. It almost feels like immense pressure. Am I

messing things up by yawning alot?

PS - I am also still so bruised and puffy in the upper lip & sinus

area. My patience are wearing thin.
