Nose Bleeds - 3 weeks post op

I had upper jaw surgery with bone grafts exactly 3 weeks ago today.

All the blood and congestion pretty much had gone away from my nose,

until something weird happened today. I was emptying a trash bag,

and maybe it was too heavy, and after I slung it into the trash can,

and then I discovered my nose was bleeding pretty steady & bled for

awhile, like a normal nosebleed. I don't know if it happened simply

because I lifted something too heavy or perhaps I had done to much

that morning. Is this unusual at this point?
