Guest guest Posted January 31, 2004 Report Share Posted January 31, 2004 For everyone who hates Boost and Ensure, I found an all-natural protein drink that tastes OK and doesn't have dextrose or canola oil in it as both Boost and Ensure have. It's called Power Dream soy energy drink. 11 oz has 10 grams of protein, + 23 vitamins and minerals. I tried the vanilla and it wasn't bad. I mean, I probably wouldn't drink it for fun, but when I have my surgery and need to be drinking a lot, I can do this. It also made a decent smoothie.
